🏁 Weekly League & Gold Roof Cup Report Export

Creates one JSON file containing league standings, grade cut-offs, climbers and fallers, latest meeting scores, driver statistics, ownership, transfers and the current Gold Roof Cup stage, leaders, qualification bubbles and progressing/eliminated teams.

Movement: the first export creates the starting league-position snapshot. A later export after a new applied meeting compares the new table against the previous snapshot. Re-downloading the same meeting does not move the baseline.

Cup: the export uses the same Gold Roof Cup document and locked subcollections as cup.html, so the weekly report follows the official Cup data already displayed on the website.

Transfer window (global)

When OPEN → transfers are allowed up to the max transfer limit for that window. When CLOSED → transfers are blocked, grades are frozen, and all saved teams are validated automatically.
